Tom has dedicated his entire 20-year career to Performance Development and Education in the workplace. A vast majority of that time has been spent working with the large multi-national company, Océ N.V., headquartered in the Netherlands.  He has created and delivered programs for sales teams, all levels of management, service engineers and IT professionals.  Working with Océ, he has conducted programs in 42 US states, 11 countries in Europe, and is currently involved in a long-term expatriate advisory role in London, UK.  Tom is comfortable in the boardroom or classroom - either live or virtual. He specializes in 1-1 management development and coaching, but also manages projects at a strategic level.  From the University of Illinois in Champaign, he has a Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Adult Education and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development.  He is a Certified Executive Coach. Tom lives in Chicago, but is currently overseas on assignment.
